Hi there!
Welcome to your new spaces! Below you will find all the details and items for your spaces.
Living Room
For yalls living room I went with warm neutrals and cool blues to create a cozy space that is just as comfortable as it is beautiful!
I have done two layouts for the living room, Option A has 2 beautiful arm chairs and Option B has a chair and a half. While I love to snuggle up n a corner of a big chair, I think with the two sofas you have plenty of comfortable corners and the two armchairs give a little visual variation and style (the also swivel to see the TV!)
The console table a timeless piece that can be moved to behind the sofa or the foyer when James gets his piano! I wanted to t create a topical point besides the TV and these lamps and basket bring so much texture and shape to that space!
The rug I selected is a beautiful washable rug to keep things easy peasy in the cleaning department!
A few round side tables balance out the angles of the sofa, rug and fireplace.

PAtio
The patio is all about versatility! I know y’all will be having all sorts of (safe and healthy haha) gatherings out here so I wanted each piece to be super functional and lightweight for moving.
I am IN LOVE with this sofa, I love the traditional linens and warm wood tones. Pairing it with two dining chairs add flexibility and comfort to the seating area.
Now, lets talk about this beer garden table!! It is PERFECT for your space. It can be used as dining table ore serving table. And since it is narrow it can seat more people in less space than a traditional dining table!
I also found a great storage piece on wheels that can be used for entertaining or just regular storage.
