The Dill’s

Hi there,

Welcome to your new spaces!

For yalls living room I went with warm neutrals and cool blues to create a cozy space that is just as comfortable as it is beautiful!

I have done two layouts for the living room, Option A has 2 beautiful arm chairs and Option B has a chair and a half. While I love to snuggle up n a corner of a big chair, I think with the two sofas you have plenty of comfortable corners and the two armchairs give a little visual variation and style (the also swivel to see the TV!)

The console table a timeless piece that can be moved to behind the sofa or the foyer when James gets his piano! I wanted to t create a topical point besides the TV and these lamps and basket bring so much texture and shape to that space!

The rug I selected is a beautiful washable rug to keep things easy peasy in the cleaning department!

A few round side tables balance out the angles of the sofa, rug and fireplace.

For your dining room I wanted to give you an elegant space that was also comfortable. This dining table is a great scale and shape for your space and I love the fun pattern on the captains chairs! Those paired with the black guest chairs make for a high end but not fussy look.

The chandelier I selected is the perfect mix of traditional and modern, the thin delicate arms and tall shades make a timeless piece.

I decided to place the buffet under the window to create more symmetry. It is flanked with beautiful velvet curtains that add luxurious texture and color with a simple curtain rod that will span 10 feet, nearly the entire length of the wall.

The rug is a reversible indoor/outdoor rug that will stand up to wear and stains for years to come!

For the longer wall I found an oversized print that will look amazing with the art lamps above it. I love how the art and rug compliment each other! The smaller wall has this fabulous mirror centered on it to open up the space a little bit by reflecting the natural light from the window.

To add another layer of light to the space I selected this incredible linen lamp that brings in that natural texture from the rest of the house. A simple vase with some preserved willow eucalyptus makes for a simple and easy to maintain centerpiece.
